BUSINESS OFFICE APPLICATIONS

Students attending the Business Office Applications Certificate (BOA) program will gain valuable skills using business applications that will allow them to get employment to manage the front office. As part of the BOA program, students will learn Canadian administrative procedures used in a Canadian work environment in combination with Microsoft Business Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and QuickBooks.

At BTT College, our BOA training assumes that students have some previous experienced using Microsoft applications. However, we will refine and advance your current application and administrative skills through theory, and hands-on practice.

At completion of program, students will develop strong Administrative skills includes:
